About Us

Joel is a native TEXAN born in San Antonio and has attended the University of Texas, San Antonio.  For over twenty years he has continued to be a successful business owner and entrepreneur.  He has a very strong business acumen that he accredits to his father, being brought up he remembers attending Rotary functions, business meetings and flying on private planes as a protege to his father.

In 1999 he began a franchise that spanned throughout Texas covering major cities such as San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, and Laredo.  After ten years in operation, he met his beautiful future wife in El Paso.  What he didn't know was that his wife to be would soon be attending law school over six hundred miles away in a city that he did not have a store in.  After a year of long-distance dating, he decided to sell his enterprise to settle and finally marry his love Amanda.

Today both live in the Stone Oak area where Amanda is a successful business owner of an Insurance Agency and Joel owns and manages over ten multi-family and commercial real estate investments.  It was not until five years of private investing that Joel decided to add a Real Estate License to his repertoire of licenses, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Insurance Broker.
